Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags must still be attached
- Item must be returned in its original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or discounted items
- Limited drops / exclusive releases
- Underwear or intimate wear (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizes
- Faulty or damaged items
If you need a different size, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange the exchange (subject to stock availability).
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
